What? We Need a Whole New System?

When you get the same recommendation from several HVAC specialists, including a relative, you swallow hard and say OK after 15 years we have to do it. Well, after my conversation with Richard and review of his bid I felt comfortable selecting his company to replace my Heat Pump and Air Handler. And as of 2:00 pm last Saturday I knew I had made the right decision. That's when the new system was turned on after an installation.that went smoothly, and a cleanup that couldn't of been done better. Given this, I was most impressed with Richard's promptness, communication, knowledge, and attention to detail. He found something that no one else over the years had ever discovered. The size of our air return was too small for our 5 ton unit, by over 200 square inches. This improper sizing of the return during original installation most likely caused the failure of 3 compressors over the 15 year life of the system, and would of most likely caused another failure in a few years. Richard will be adding a second return this week and I will have the piece of mind in knowing that the system has been installed correctly and will work efficiently. When the inevitable happens and your HVAC needs service or replacement don't hesitate in giving Richard a call.

New AC Unit

I am very satisfied with The service and new AC unit from Osasis. Going on line to get info and bids for a new AC is a night mare. The more bids and info you get the more confused you become.Richard is very informed and takes the time to explain everything. He and his crew did a great job. He adds little extras at no cost. Very clean and tidy.At this point I would recommend him and his company to anyone but just like anything else, you may me need to get my opinion five years down the road to see how reliable the unit is and how his service pledge holds up.

Richard was very informative with the problem we had with our heating unit. He seemed very educated and skilled in helping to resolve the issue and showed professional manners. He was on time and ready with equipment to assess the problem. Our electric bill has since been reducing since he came to help us. I'm not only thankful to God but to Richard as well for the work he did. I would highly recommend his work and anyone under him.
